Best vegan pupusas around! You won't know they are either. Super warm, comfortable spot for lunch even on a (rare) rainy LA day. Highly recommend for any occasion--and they cater!

Delicious. This place was great. Taste like home cook meal. The servers were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I had the Caldo de Gallina, with rice, salad, tortillas and grilled chicken. My wife had the Mole Vegan tamales and she thought it was delicious. My 4 year old had the Pan con Pollo, just like my sister makes for New years eve, It was delicious. We also had the Platanos with beans and Vegan Cream. Also, tasted great. The location is kind of sketchy and would not be there too late. They close at 6pm so that is good. I will definitely be back.

I go here at least 5 times a month. Best prepared, best tasting, fresh, affordable food. I think it's the best spot to get a Salvadoran desayuno. The best in MacArthur Park. Relaxing ambiance-casual.

The first time I went there I wasnt feeling well so took it to go and I ate it cold. It was good. Went again and had my cheese pupusa fresh and so good.

Mama’s Tamales non-GMO blue corn jack fruit, (plant based / vegan) cheese and bean pupusa’s are the best in existence. The café is very, very vegan and allergen friendly, and they don’t shy on the amount they put inside for the feelings. The pupusas are served piping hot (which is how they should be served!) and are accompanied with a perfectly acidic and vinegary side.
